Hotel Punta Caliza. If your vibe is minimalist, clean, and unique-as-heck then this resort venue is probably screaming your name! It represents the beauty and authenticity of Mexico, with the cleanest and simplest details. It feels like you are floating around in a beautiful dream surrounded by clear water and straw-roofed adobe buildings. BAM. Perfectly simple, simply perfect for the modern destination wedding/elopement.
Papaya Playa Project. All around, this venue is everything someone could want for a destination Mexico wedding. Beach, tropical jungle details, a unique A-frame hut… and so much more. The Papaya Playa Project venue has a moody, adventurous feel.
Banyan Tree Mayakoba. This venue is an all-around experience. It has so many different aspects and options for your reception and ceremony and for the pictures. Boat rides through pristine water, bike riding through the jungle, beachfront ceremony site, and a beautiful, open and airy reception area.
Riviera Maya Wedding Venues (Grand Velas) – The Zen Pool Terrace. This company has a few wedding venues, but the one that captivated me is their Zen Pool Terrace. You can have your ceremony in the heart of the Mayan jungle, surrounded by crystal clear water on their poolside terrace. Very intimate, unique and romantic venue.
